New Years Resolutions from other blog

I am deleting this other blog of mine so I am going to move some of the posts here.

So this past week I have been sick and busy with the holidays but mostly lazy so I haven't posted anything.
Hope everyone had a great holiday. Mine was pretty boring.
New year. New goals. New people. Fresh start. All the best in 2012.

Every new year I usually make some goals and forget them within the next day. I have decided this year to make some goals and work slowly towards them (lifestyle change) instead of putting lots of pressure on myself to complete goals. Here are the goals I made this year: (<-- see goals I made, not hope to accomplish, although I am working towards them)

#1: Stick to habits (good ones, of course):

Last year I went on this workout routine thing for a few months. And then I gave up due to laziness. My workout, which I did a few times a week, consisted of running (emphasize on the running, it is not walking) up and down the stairs for 5 minutes (over this period of time I increased it to 15 minutes), some sit-ups, push-ups, stretches, that kind of thing. Nothing drastic. But it was an okay workout that got me sweating and gave me around 45 minutes of physical activity. After a few months, the motivation kinda faded and I found myself doing it less and less until I stopped.
I plan to re-start this workout thing and continue this blog, even if no one reads it, because it might improve my writing skills and possibly vocabulary. Oh. And it helps the Earth. And I hope to inspire more people.

#2: Eat healthier:

This has been on the "list" for a long time and I am working towards it. Slowly.
 • Less meat: I really like eating meat so I probably eat more servings than I should per day. I hope to cut this down.
 • Less unhealthy snacks: I hope to change the bad habits of eating snacks that are unhealthy and instead eat snacks that are healthy instead. I get hungry a lot, but I can't eat a lot at a time. This leads to a lot of snacks. Most of which are unhealthy.
 • More fruits: I am not a big fan of vegetables so I hope to increase fruit intake to make up for it.
#3: Enjoy life more:

I consider myself a pretty uptight person. I get nervous all the time about small things like homework and tests. Need to let go and live a little.

I really like this one <3 just found it on the web
